Your booking system knows who booked a class. It doesn't know who's about to leave.
Aivlin joins your systems into one picture of the club. Aiva, its AI agent, then picks up the phone, at any hour.
Where the money leaks
In a 2,400-member club. Each one needs two systems joined, so none of them shows up in the club software or the biller alone.
a month from 120 members paying and not seen for 60 days

One picture of the club
Aivlin reads what you already run. Nothing gets replaced; your club software stays the system of record.
New members, called within minutes
Google Ads and Instagram campaigns run from Aivlin, inside caps you set. Every lead gets an Aiva call within five minutes, while they're still looking. A comment on your own post gets a reply, a conversation in the DMs and, with consent, a call.
Already running ads through an agency? Aivlin reads that campaign, says plainly what the numbers show, and edits it in place. Nothing reaches Google until a person presses Push.

Aiva on the phone
Answers the club's number 24/7 and acts on the account: freeze, book, upgrade, cancel. Fourteen outbound calls that fire on the signals a CRM can't see. Every person lands on one list, in words your front desk already uses.
Needs you · With Aiva now · Scheduled · Ended. Your manager sees who to pick up, who Aiva is talking to and what came of every call, not a transcript dump.

The whole club on one screen
Eight dashboards on your own data and a page per member that staff see when someone rings, and Aiva reads before she calls: the pulse, the alerts, the next thing to do. Ask anything in plain English.
Every number drills down to the members behind it. The answer ends with an offer to act, not a chart.
- Debit due Friday
- Waitlisted 3× this month
- Favourite instructor left
Joining without the clipboard
Joining is 25 minutes and a clipboard, or an online form that skips the health screen. Aiva signs them up on the call: ID check, direct debit, the pre-exercise health screen.
A yes to chest pain is caught before they train, and a GP clearance step opens for a named person.

Google Ads, run from inside Aivlin
Paid search for new members, written from your own data, launched by you, and every lead called within minutes. Your account stays yours.
Campaigns written from your data
Aiva reads what you sell, where your members come from and what people around you search for, then proposes the campaign: the ad groups, the words, the landing page and a daily budget inside the ceiling you set. Nothing is created until you say yes, and you launch it.
Every lead called within five minutes
The ad lands on a page that asks for the least a club needs. The lead gets a text at once and an Aiva call while they're still looking, and the first visit is booked straight into your club software.
Google learns from members, not forms
Each night the people who joined are matched to the click that brought them and sent back to Google, so it hunts for joiners and stops showing ads to people already paying you.
Your account, your rules
Already running ads, or an agency is? Aivlin reads the campaign, says plainly what the numbers show, and edits it in place. Every change is listed before it goes, nothing reaches Google until a person presses Push, and a budget never goes above your ceiling.
- You set the budget ceiling
- You launch and you push
- Nothing changed in Google behind your back
- Instagram posts included, at no ad spend
Fourteen calls Aiva makes, when the data says so
All inside calling hours, from the club's own number, and your manager edits every word. One of them, the honest freeze offer, costs you this month's debit. It's the call that earns trust for the other thirteen.
Honest freeze offer
Paying ghosts: three or more successful debits in 60 days and no visit in 60 days. Around one in six members never attend; they are next quarter's cancellations and they leave angry. Aiva tells them the truth and offers a freeze or a 20-minute plan with a trainer. It costs the gym revenue this month, and it's the campaign owners repeat to their partner that night.
"I'll be straight with you: you've paid for 9 weeks, about $405, and we haven't seen you since July. That's not what we want your money doing."
This one costs you this month's debit. It's the call that earns trust for the other thirteen.
Nothing is dialled that you haven't read
Aiva makes the calls. Your manager owns every word, every audience and every hand-over, in plain English, never in code.
118 members, $5,310 a week between them. 71 joined on the January offer; 40 never booked a class at all.

Shall I create this as a draft?
One evening on the front desk
Same voice on every call. Same memory of every member. Nobody on the roster after eight.
- 6:40pm
"Can I pause for five weeks?"
Freeze applied, debit paused, first class back booked.
- 7:15pm
"Do you have reformer, and what does it cost?"
Quotes the plans, books a free first class on Thursday.
- 8:05pm
"The door just said no."
Off-peak at peak time. Upgrade accepted, door opens on the next tap.
- 11:20pm
"How do I cancel?"
Done on the call, confirmed in writing. As easy as joining.
Booked means booked
A result counts when Aiva actually did it in your club software: the class booked, the freeze applied, the debit moved. Someone who said "I'll come Thursday" is shown beside it as agreed, never counted as a result.
Every outcome writes back
Who was reached, what they said, what Aiva did. Into your club software's record of the member, not a separate inbox.
Ads learn from joins, not forms
Each night the people who joined are matched to the click that brought them and sent back to Google, so it hunts for members.
One number you can argue with
Reached, booked, agreed, handed to a person, not interested, asked not to be contacted. Per campaign, per month, with the people behind each.
